Verenigd Cargadoorskantoor B.V.
On all services provided by Verenigd Cargadoorskantoor B.V. acting in capacity as stevedores the General Conditions General Cargo-Stevedoors Amsterdam 2007, appendix 8 (issued by the Ondernemersvereniging Regio Amsterdam sector Transshipment and Stevedoors), filed with the registrars of the Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam on January 16th, 2007 are applicable.
On all services provided by Verenigd Cargadoorskantoor B.V. acting in capacity as ship brokers the General Conditions and Rules for Dutch Shipbrokers and Agents – 2009 (issued by the Ondernemersvereniging Regio Amsterdam sector Transshipment and Stevedoors), filed with the Registry of the Rotterdam District Court and the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam are applicable.
On all services provided by Verenigd Cargadoorskantoor B.V. in relation to storage of goods the Dutch Warehousing Conditions, appendix 9 (issued by the Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logisctics), filed at the Registry District Court at Rotterdam on November 15th, 1995 are applicable.
On all services provided by Verenigd Cargadoorskantoor B.V. in capacity as Forwarding agent, the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, General Conditions of the FENEX, Appendix 10 (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics), deposited at the Registry of the District Courts in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam on July 1st, 2004 are applicable.
In case Verenigd Cargadoorskantoor B.V. is contracted to perform carriage of goods the following rules shall apply, depending on the mode of transport:
VCK Logistics Airfreight B.V.
On all services provided by VCK Logistics Airfreight B.V. in relation to storage of goods the Dutch Warehousing Conditions, appendix 9 (issued by the Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logisctics), filed at the Registry District Court at Rotterdam on November 15th, 1995 are applicable.
On all other services provided by VCK Logistics Airfreight B.V. the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, General Conditions of the FENEX (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics), deposited at the Registry of the District Courts in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam on July 1st, 2004 are applicable.
VCK Logistics Oceanfreight B.V.
On all services provided by VCK Logistics Oceanfreight B.V. in relation to storage of goods the Dutch Warehousing Conditions, appendix 9 (issued by the Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logisctics), filed at the Registry District Court at Rotterdam on November 15th, 1995 are applicable.
On all other services provided by VCK Logistics Oceanfreight B.V. the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, General Conditions of the FENEX (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics), deposited at the Registry of the District Courts in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam on July 1st, 2004 are applicable.
